The Tiger Buck Story

Soft and delicious, Tiger Buck Jerky’s signature taste is the subtle hint of smokey bbq, and the more you chew, the more the flavours shine through. Made from 100% unprocessed Australian Beef, Tiger Buck uses no artificial flavours or colours.  It’s simply sliced raw, soaked in our signature marinade, and then air-dried to perfection.  It’s also low in fat, a great source of protein, and is even gluten free (we have certificate from Coeliac Australia to prove it).

The Tiger Buck branding and packaging has been influenced by saloon games of The Frontier and by traditional playing-card design (the consumer pack is even the exact same size as a double-deck of cards!). It was designed by the team at Grid City Brands by Benjamin Cairns, Ray Harvey and Damien Vella. 

The Tiger Buck packaging is made from responsibly forested card-stock, and it’s been printed using vegetable-based inks that are less harmful to our environment.   We use local supplier Sunnyland for our supply: sunnyland.com.au.

Now, to the most important part…our meat. Tiger Buck Beef Jerky uses only quality Australian Beef that’s never been frozen. There’s no filler, no MSG, no artificial anything.  It's seriously the best tasting jerky you'll try... it's a 2022, 2023 and 2024 medal winner at the National Charcuterie Excellence Awards, and also winner of the Champion Beef Jerky trophy in 2023- so it's certified delicious...
